Bliss Terms of Service

Welcome to Bliss! Bliss ("the App") is a wellness app by Sono Ventures, Inc ("we," "us," or "our") that helps you build a daily gratitude habit by locking selected apps on your device until you complete your daily gratitude entry.

By downloading, installing, or using Bliss, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Bliss provides (a) a gratitude journal where you can record daily gratitude entries, and (b) an optional app-locking feature that restricts access to apps you select until you complete your daily gratitude. You choose which apps to lock and when to use this feature. The App is designed to support your wellness goals, not to control or surveil your device usage.

2. App-Locking Feature — Your Responsibility

Important: By enabling the app-locking feature, you understand and agree that:

• You voluntarily lock access to selected apps until you complete your daily gratitude entry.
• You are responsible for completing your gratitude entry to regain access. We are not liable for any inconvenience, missed communications, or other consequences resulting from your inability to access locked apps.
• In case of emergency, you should use your device's emergency features or other accessible means to contact help. Do not rely solely on locked apps for emergency communication.
• You may disable or adjust app-locking settings at any time through the App.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bliss only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or disable the app-locking feature for malicious purposes
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code

4. Accounts

Certain features (e.g., cloud sync) may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

Bliss, including its name, branding, design, and content, is owned by Sono Ventures, Inc or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers

Bliss is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will achieve any particular wellness outcome. The app-locking feature relies on device and OS capabilities that may change; we are not responsible for compatibility issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sono Ventures, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Bliss, including but not limited to: inability to access locked apps, loss of data, missed opportunities, or any reliance on the App for wellness or productivity outcomes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Bliss at any time, without notice, for any reason. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Upon termination, your right to use Bliss ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Bliss after changes constitutes your acceptance.
